“Available” is a lie.
Every generator prints it. None of them checked.
Webault asks the registry. What it can’t prove is free, you don’t see.

Demonstration. In the product, every row is a live registry lookup. Struck through means taken. Unverified means the registry could not confirm, so Webault will not call it free.
Isn’t this ChatGPT?
ChatGPT has never seen a registry.
Why only 532 extensions?
The other 400 aren’t for sale.
Why isn’t it instant?
Instant tools don’t check.
Do you sell domains?
No. Nothing to mark up.
A domain name finder that checks the registry before it shows you a name.
Webault is a domain name search tool. You describe what you are naming in one sentence. Webault writes candidate domain names, checks each one against the registry that runs its extension, and shows only the names it can prove nobody holds, with the price to register each one.
It covers 532 extensions: the top-level domains that are actually open for anyone to register. It does not sell domains, so there is nothing to mark up. The price you see is the registrar’s price. Webault is free to start and asks for no card.
Webault is built by YBM Labs, a product studio operated by Zillusion Private Limited.
One sentence in. Only what’s provably free out.
- 01
Describe the thing.
One sentence. “A two-person design studio.” “A fund for climate hardware.” No keyword lists, no checkboxes.
- 02
Webault writes.
Dozens of names in shapes that fit the brief: compounds, cuts, coinages, real words on the right extension.
- 03
The registry answers.
Every name is looked up at the registry for its extension. Not a cached list, not a guess. Taken is taken. Unconfirmed is hidden.
- 04
You see what’s free.
Only registrable names, each with its price. Pick one and buy it at a registrar. Webault takes no cut.
- 05
Go again.
Each round is told which shapes came back taken, so the next round stops writing them.
What goes in, what comes out.
- Input
- One sentence describing what you are naming.
- Output
- Domain names that are provably registrable, each with a price.Names the registry cannot confirm are marked unverified and never shown as free.
- Coverage
- 532 extensions. The top-level domains open for general registration. Closed, brand-only and restricted extensions are left out because you cannot buy them.
- Source of truth
- The registry that operates each extension, queried live for every name.
- Speed
- Seconds per round, not milliseconds. Each row is a real lookup. Instant tools skip that step.
- Selling
- Webault is not a registrar and does not sell domains. You register the name you choose at a registrar of your choice.
- Price to use
- Free to start. No card.
- Made by
- YBM Labs, Zillusion Private Limited.
The difference is one step. The one that matters.
A typical domain name generator writes names and prints “available” next to them without asking anyone. Webault asks the registry, every time, and only then says a name is free.
| Typical generator | Webault | |
|---|---|---|
| Checks the registry | Rarely | Every name |
| Says “available” | On a guess or a stale cache | Only when proven |
| Unconfirmed names | Shown as available | Hidden |
| Extensions | .com and a handful | 532 |
| Price shown | Sometimes | Always, the registrar’s price |
| Sells you the domain | Often, with a markup | Never |
| Learns from a round | No | Told what came back taken |
